Bidhan holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science in Mangalore, India, where he achieved an impressive 3rd rank in his graduating class. Throughout his career, Bidhan has worked with renowned establishments such as Orthoplast Rehab Center, Orchid Physio & Rehab Center, and ANFA (All Nepal Football Association). At Orthoplast Rehab Center, he successfully provided rehabilitation services to athletes from Machindra Football Club and NRT Club, showcasing his proficiency in sports physiotherapy.

Bidhan's involvement in A-Division League Football through ANFA and his role as a sports physiotherapist for Friends Club highlight his passion for sports medicine and his ability to contribute to the well-being and performance of athletes.
